The Women’s Innovation and Narrative Lab is a proposal for Aspen Digital that transforms how women are seen, supported, and advanced at work by centering lived experience as a driver of leadership, innovation, and economic mobility. Leveraging Aspen Digital’s expertise in emerging technology and narrative change, and in partnership with the Institute’s Economic Opportunities Program, the Lab disrupts outdated assumptions and embeds new, evidence-based narratives directly into workplace systems.
